1. Provider and scope
Easy Host is operated by NIKOLA GARABANDIĆ PR PROGRAMERSKE I RAČUNARSKE USLUGE HARPOON GAMES NOVI SAD, Serbia. Tax identification number (PIB): 112843766. Registration number: 66391566. Registered address: Sentandrejski put 75, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. Contact: nikola@garabandic.com. These terms cover easyhost.me and the Easy Host web and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement.
2. What Easy Host provides
Easy Host is software for managing accommodation, units, availability, rates, reservations and guest communication. We do not own or operate your accommodation and are not a party to your accommodation contracts. You remain responsible for listings, pricing, taxes, registration requirements, guest services and your obligations to booking channels.
3. Accounts and authorized users
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and give team members only the access they need. You are responsible for instructions submitted by your authorized users. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may connect only properties and channel accounts you are entitled to manage.
4. Channel connections and synchronization
Connections to Booking.com, Airbnb and other supported channels depend on their authorization, technical availability and rules. You authorize the transfer of relevant rates, availability, reservations and messages through the selected integration provider. Channex is our active channel provider. Review mapping, rates and availability when connecting or changing a property. Delays, outages, rejected updates and concurrent bookings can occur; synchronization does not guarantee that overbookings will never happen. Report discrepancies promptly and use the channel’s own tools where needed to protect availability.
5. Plans, units and pricing
Plans cover up to 3, 6 or 9 accommodation units. Website plans may include additional units at the published per-unit rate. Units available for sale within a multi-unit category count toward the total; a listing is not necessarily one unit. The pricing page and checkout show the applicable plan, interval, taxes and amount before you confirm. Store plans have fixed unit limits. App Store and Google Play prices include a 15% uplift over website prices, subject to store price points, currency conversion and taxes. A website subscription and a store subscription are separate purchases; avoid buying both for the same organization.
6. Fourteen-day trial and renewal
Eligible new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. The trial starts when activated through checkout or the store, not merely when you register or add a property. A valid payment method may be required, and store eligibility rules apply. Unless canceled through the purchase provider before the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes paid at the amount and interval disclosed at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The public demo is separate from a subscription trial and uses fictional data.
7. Payment providers, changes and cancellation
Paddle acts as reseller and merchant of record for website purchases; its buyer terms govern payment processing, invoices and purchase support. App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by the relevant store’s purchase terms. Cancel through Paddle’s customer portal or the store used to subscribe. Deleting the app or your Easy Host account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; the provider’s confirmation states when access ends. Plan changes, prorations and effective dates are those disclosed in the purchase flow. We will notify you before price changes affect a renewal and obtain consent where required.
8. Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are separate. Our Cancellation and refunds page explains the process for each purchase provider. Contact nikola@garabandic.com with your account email and order reference for help. Trial availability does not replace statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
9. Your content and guest data
You retain your rights in property content and operational data. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display and transmit that content to provide the service and authorized integrations. You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to provide guest and team-member data and must give them appropriate privacy information. For guest data processed on your behalf, you determine its purposes and we act as processor. Our Privacy Policy describes the processing. Contact us to arrange any required data-processing agreement before providing data that requires one. Do not upload payment-card security codes or unnecessary identity documents or sensitive personal information.
10. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, malicious code, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass access controls or interference with other users. Do not resell access or copy our software except as permitted by an agreement or mandatory law. We and our licensors retain rights in the software, design and branding. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service for your accommodation business during the applicable access period.
11. Availability, suspension and account closure
We maintain the service with reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time or a specific commercial result unless agreed separately. We may restrict access when necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, material breach or unpaid subscription. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve it. You may request account closure and assistance exporting your data at nikola@garabandic.com. Arrange your export and disconnect or reassign channel connections before leaving. Deletion is subject to necessary legal retention and backup cycles described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Responsibility and disputes
Each party is responsible for its obligations under this agreement and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total contractual liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid for Easy Host during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not remove mandatory data-protection or consumer rights. Serbian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Contact us first to try to resolve a dispute; competent courts are determined by applicable law.
13. Updates and related documents
The Privacy Policy and Cancellation and refunds page accompany these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email before they take effect, except where urgent legal or security reasons require an earlier change. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and cancel renewal. Any separate signed agreement prevails where it expressly varies these terms.
